The DA-40 is a four-seat, low-wing cantilever monoplane which has a fixed
tricycle landing gear and a T-tail. Designed primarily as a trainer aircraft the
DA-40 is known for its benign handling at low speeds and its short take off and
landing characteristics. The DA-40 successfully completed its maiden flight on
the 5th November 1997.

The DA-40 Aircraft arrives as an
almost ready to fly and requires , 11.1v 2200mAH 20~30c lipo and your own
transmitter and receiver. The hardware pack contains all fixtures and fittings
along with a tube of foam safe glue. All servo extension leads / Y-leads are
pre-installed so there will be no need for any major alterations when assembling
